Synchrony Global Services Philippines is a subsidiary company that manages Synchrony’s call center operations and selected back office support (e.g. Finance, IT, Human Resources, Procurement, etc.) located at Filinvest Alabang and at Cebu Business Park. Our teams are composed of both English and Bilingual (Spanish & English) reps helping to ensure customer satisfaction and first call resolution for more than 30,000 callers every day.

The combined headcount for both the Alabang and Cebu site is at around 3100 fulltime employees.  We first started operations in Alabang in August 2006 and expanded to our Cebu site last September 2017.
